We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group System Administrator to join our team and take ownership of the management and optimization of our fully integrated ERP and Payroll systems.

Position Summary

As the Group System Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the New Generation Group's ERP and Payroll systems. You will ensure seamless operation, user support, and continuous improvement of these critical platforms that power our business operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Group's fully integrated ERP and Payroll systems
  • Managing user accounts, including access provisioning, modifications, and deactivations to ensure proper access controls
  • Troubleshoot system issues promptly, identifying causes and implementing effective solutions
  • Implement and maintain system security by enforcing access restrictions and policies
  • Regularly audit the system by running reports to identify vulnerabilities and ensure ongoing compliance with updated standards
  • Ensure users have reliable and secure access to the system through the network and internet
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users to resolve queries or system challenges
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
  • Conduct training sessions for users on new updates, processes, and procedures to enhance system adoption and efficiency
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify and implement best practices, ensuring users remain current and efficient when utilizing the system
  • Lead the implementation of system upgrades, new modules, and integrations, minimizing disruption to business operations
  • Monitor system performance and prepare reports for management to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
  • Identify and promote opportunities for process automation and system enhancements within ERP and Payroll environments
