Main Purpose of Position
As a Zoom Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of your designated brands across all regions. You will be responsible for managing the sales and brand performance function, ensuring revenue targets are met, and executing strategic objectives. The key performance areas (KPAs) outlined below are integral to achieving success in this role. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Sales and Brand performance function
- Drive revenue targets through a targeted set of partners.
- Execute on set Vendor Rebate Objectives.
- Drive Vendor Strategy and portfolio within existing and new targeted accounts.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review Sessions with Vendors.
- Develop non-targeted partner development plans and conduct reviews.
- Assist with product strategy execution.
- Build and manage relationships with Vendor team members.
- Act as the single point of contact between the Reseller and Vendor for program management.
- Ensure satisfactory execution of business strategy plans.
- Demonstrate sales growth and report opportunity details to the Vendor regularly.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and report any deviations with detailed reasoning.
- Manage the brand within specified budgets and drive performance to achieve Vendor rebates.
- Understand logistics including import and export processes.
- Manage stock forecasting and stock management effectively.
Marketing Management
- Conduct Quarterly and Annual Marketing Planning sessions with Vendors and Non-Vendor Targeted Partners.
- Plan and manage Quarterly Promotions and Programs.
- Develop a comprehensive Business Development Plan outlining key sales and marketing strategies
People Management
- Develop and train internal and regional account managers.
- Ensure the Vendor's internal team executes deliverables to reach Vendor Rebates and Targets.
- Conduct weekly forecast sessions with respective Vendor Distributor and Channel Team.
- Attend training provided by the Vendor to become self-sufficient in sales.

Requirements
- Matric
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of Channel Sales experience.
- Knowledge of similar Zoom products/brands.
- Previous experience working in IT distribution will be advantageous.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

- This is a permanent position subject to a successful three-month probationary period.
