Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM – Time and Absence / Time Tracking / Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of cross-product areas including Security and Reporting.
• Experience with case management systems for incident tracking and SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Leveraging Workday expertise to resolve client incidents and provide ongoing maintenance services.
• Gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, analysing data, and configuring innovative solutions.
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels from C-suite executives to operational teams.
