Job summary

A leading logistics firm is seeking a Work Integrated Non Technical Learner in Cape Town for an 18-month trainee program. Applicants should have a Matric certificate and/or N6 in Transport & Logistics or Business Management. The program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to enhance employability. This is an excellent chance for South African citizens aged 18-35, with a preference for people with disabilities. Applications must be submitted before February 17, 2026.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate or equivalent is mandatory.
  • N6 in Transport & Logistics or Business Management is preferred.
  • Must be a South African citizen aged 18-35.
  • Preference will be given to people with disabilities.
  • No bursary obligation with another company.
  • Proof of certified Matric certificate, academic record, ID, and TVET college letter required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in specific projects within a department or work-stream.
  • Perform routine operational tasks under supervision.
  • Support administrative functions, including documentation and reporting.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops.
  • Engage in problem-solving activities to develop analytical skills.
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports.
