Educational Requirements:

  • At least 2 years appropriate relevant experience preferably within the higher education space

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the academic integrity, acceptability and regulatory compliance with workplace integrated learning programmes offered by the college.
  • Liaise with learners to facilitate implementation and administration of workplace integrated learning programmes.
  • Ensure systems, policies and procedures are implemented for smooth workplace integrated learning regime.
  • Communicate with learners on a continuous basis and assist them to complete WIL modules.
  • Monitor work of moderators who evaluate learners for the WIL component of the curriculum.
  • Submit reports to heads of faculty on the outcome of WIL modules.
  • Attend meetings and workshops.
  • Self‑development (OSD training, internal training and external training).
