Qualifications

• Holder of a swimming proficiency certificate.
• Able to teach technical and safety rules to guests of all levels.
• Capable of managing, motivating, and supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all watersports activities from initiation to advanced levels.
• Lead a team of 5 to 12 instructors and animators.
• Guarantee the safety of guests and team members during water activities.
• Promote watersports within the Resort and ensure service quality.
