The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a hands‑on, organised, people‑focused Warehouse Manager to run the day‑to‑day engine room of our Boksburg branch. This role is all about flow. Stock flow, people flow, service flow. From receiving to dispatch, you’ll make sure everything moves smoothly, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the receiving and dispatch process from start to finish
• Ensure warehouse SOPs are followed, refined, and improved
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff and daily workflows
• Handle repairs, exchanges, and customer‑related warehouse queries efficiently
• Maintain tight stock control, including assembled stock
• Supervise the packing, stacking, and movement of goods
• Plan and coordinate deliveries and collections
• Minimise losses and damages while keeping housekeeping standards high
• Ensure smooth operation of POS and Sage Pastel systems

In short: if it moves, stacks, ships, or gets counted, you’re on it.

What You’ll Bring

• Grade 12 plus a tertiary qualification in a related field
• 4+ years’ experience in a warehouse, retail, or receiving environment
• 4+ years’ managerial experience, leading teams of 18+ staff
• Strong customer service experience in a fast‑paced setting
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel; Sage Pastel advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
