Job Description

• Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries
  • Unload and check incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Verify quantities and item descriptions against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling procedures are followed upon receipt.
• Inventory Management
  • Receive stock into the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages, and place orders as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Storage and Retrieval
  • Organize and store surgical instruments, equipment, and other supplies in designated areas.
  • Locate and retrieve items efficiently to fulfill orders and requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Order Fulfillment
  • Supply quotes to clients in a timely manner.
  • Invoice clients based on quotes.
  • Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transportation.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
