Roles and Responsibilities

• Setting-up tables with correct cutlery and utensils
• Make sure the dinning area is clean and neatly setup
• Great customers and hand out menus
• Take meal orders and beverage orders from customers and place these orders to the kitchen
• Study the Menu and be familiar with the dishes and beverages on it
• As a waiter you must be able to make Menu Recommendations and inform customers of any specials
• Monitor the entire dining area and bar
• Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything
• Prepare the bill for tables when requested
• Make sure the correct amount has been paid
• Check customers if they are satisfied with their meals
