The Role: Videographer & Video Editor

This role exists to drive all video content creation from concept to final delivery. You will take full responsibility for filming, editing, and producing video assets that support brand growth, marketing campaigns, internal projects, and social media presence. Working closely with the creative and marketing teams, you’ll ensure the brand is consistently represented through polished, engaging, and strategically aligned video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and internal projects
  • Manage end‑to‑end production including concepts, storyboarding, filming, editing, colour grading, and sound design
  • Maintain, organise, and prepare all video equipment for daily use
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver on‑brand content
  • Capture both planned footage and spontaneous, story‑driven moments on‑site
  • Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices
  • Organise, archive, and back up footage to maintain an efficient workflow
About You
  • 2+ years of experience as a videographer and video editor
  • Proficient in industry‑standard editing software and familiar with colour grading and sound design
  • Skilled in operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment
  • Self‑driven, reliable, and comfortable taking full ownership of the video production process
