Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Service, Workshop, or Aftersales Management.
• Experience within a corporate-branded dealership's Service Department.
• Experience with volume and premium brands such as VW, BMW, Suzuki, Mercedes-Benz.
• Must be a qualified technician.
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general service and maintenance of vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics and fault finding.
• Execute repairs and testing of vehicles booked into the workshop.
