Job Title Valuations Manager

Job Summary PwC's deal team delivers strategic advice and support to clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring.

At the Valuations Manager level you focus on analysis, valuation and advisory services for financial transactions, support client decision-making, and drive business value through leadership, coaching and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver valuation analysis for mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.

Coach, develop and inspire team members, manage performance and deliver on client expectations.

Own projects: plan, budget, execute and complete with quality, timelines and deliverables.

Partner with leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality and outcomes.

Mentor others and use review of work to deepen team expertise.

Address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Qualifications & Certifications CA(SA) advantageous.

FCA or studying towards CFA advantageous.

Prior valuations experience preferred.
