Role Summary

PwC Deals is a leading Corporate Finance, Valuations and Transaction Services advisory business in South Africa and is currently experiencing growth, driven by long term client relationships and a strong senior team. Qualifications/ Certifications required
  • CA (SA) or a Masters in corporate finance/ investment analysis or an equivalent qualification
  • CFA or studying towards CFA would be advantageous
Experience required

P rior business valuation experience will be highly preferential

Responsibilities of role

The successful candidate will play an active role in the team, executing and delivering client projects across a broad range of business, intangible asset and other valuations, including a cquisition s, d isposals , t ax & regulatory compliance and f inancial reporting .

The candidate will gain exposure to a diverse range of clients, from global multinationals to entrepreneurial, owner-managed businesses, covering both domestic and cross-border work.

A keen interest in and knowledge of the financial markets and economic environment, a desire to expand one's knowledge of financial markets, industries, deals/ transactions and valuation environments, along with sound commercial and business acumen, are critical.

High agility in a demanding, fast-moving environment is essential.
