Since our inception, we have aimed to provide individuals with a simple and comfortable way to sell and buy used vehicles online, while ensuring the best possible customer experience. With strong growth backed by a major global automotive group, our operations are rapidly expanding.

As part of our ongoing development, we are looking for a Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but strong general sales performers welcome)
  • Actively prospect for new business daily (calls, walk‑ins, follow‑ups, referrals, online leads)
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (units, gross profit, and activity metrics)
  • Conduct professional meet‑and‑greet and needs analysis to match customers to the right vehicle
  • Present vehicles confidently and conduct test drives in line with company policy
  • Convert enquiries into signed deals — follow‑up is not optional
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
  • Accurately capture and update customer data on CRM systems
  • Prepare and submit deal files correctly and on time
  • Work closely with F&I and admin teams to ensure smooth deal flow
  • Upsell value‑added products (warranties, service plans, accessories)
  • Handle trade‑in evaluations and basic deal structuring
  • Ensure compliance with CPA, NCA, FICA, and internal policies
  • Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Auto24 brand
  • Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Maintain professional conduct, appearance, and punctuality at all times
  • Participate in training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Take ownership of personal performance — no excuses, only outcomes
  • This is a performance‑driven role. Results are tracked daily, weekly, and monthly.

Qualifications:
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong negotiation and closing ability

  • Comfortable with high call volumes & active prospecting
  • Computer literate (CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, basic reporting)
  • Valid South African driver’s licence (non‑negotiable)
  • Ability to work retail hours, weekends included
  • Professional appearance and attitude
