Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) - Supply Chain

Location: Dhaka & Chittagong, Bangladesh
Duration: 10-12 weeks
Eligibility: Final‑year students (internship semester)

Who Can Apply?
  1. Final‑year students who have only their internship semester left before graduation.
  2. Passionate individuals with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  3. Open to exploring careers in Supply Chain (across manufacturing roles).
What You’ll Do
  1. Work on live projects that impact our brands, customers, and consumers.
  2. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  3. Receive mentorship and guidance from industry leaders.
  4. Work across core manufacturing roles across the frontline in our central manufacturing hub (KGF). This is specifically for those applying out of Chittagong based engineering schools.
  5. Work across logistics and planning across our Customer Experience & Logistics vertical. This is specifically for those applying out of Dhaka based engineering schools.
