Job summary

A leading training organization in Pretoria is seeking an experienced HR/Training Administrator to coordinate training schedules and manage learner records. The ideal candidate has at least 23 years' experience in training or HR admin and strong MS Excel skills. Fluent Afrikaans is necessary, along with LMS experience (preferably with Moodle). This role involves preparing training reports, supporting trainers, and ensuring compliance in training delivery.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers, and learners

  • Manage learner records, attendance, certificates, and compliance in LMS/HRIS

  • Track mandatory training, expiries, and renewals

  • Prepare audit-ready training files and reports

  • Produce monthly training dashboards and cost tracking

  • Support learners, trainers, and external providers

  • Maintain training materials and LMS content

  • Assist with SOPs, process improvements, and accreditation documentation

  • Handle training logistics, classrooms, and consumables
