Job summary

A leading mining operation in Springs, South Africa is seeking a Trainee Process Controller to perform specific process control duties to meet production targets. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics and Physical Science, good communication skills, and computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and SAP. This role focuses on production efficiency, quality maintenance, and adherence to safety standards within a structured team environment. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, able to read and write proficiently in English.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and SAP.
• Must meet medical fitness requirements for BMR.

Responsibilities

• Perform process control duties in line with section procedures.
• Monitor purities and yields, reporting issues as necessary.
• Maintain documentation, updating logs as required.
