Are you an experienced, polished Receptionist who thrives in fast-paced corporate environments? We are urgently seeking Temporary Receptionists with solid, proven reception experience to represent high-end clients across Cape Town. If you can manage a busy switchboard and deliver a seamless front-office experience, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and direct high volumes of calls professionally
  • Manage large, fast-paced switchboards accurately and efficiently
  • Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and confidence
  • Handle and relay messages promptly and correctly
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and electronic diaries
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Maintain an organised, tidy, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with general client, customer, and staff queries
