Job summary

A leading food company is looking for a Teleseller based in Cape Town to join their Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will establish strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers while promoting and growing product sales. Candidates should have a completed Grade 12 and at least 3 years of telesales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Additional skills in communication, multitasking, and computer literacy are essential. The role includes responding to sales inquiries and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a telesales environment.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector will be a great advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a highly pressurized environment.

County Fair, a division of Astral Operations Limited has an opportunity for a Teleseller to join their Sales and Marketing team based in Epping.

The purpose of the position is to establish strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers to promote and grow the brand of product sales and respond to all inbound sales inquiries.

Qualifications And Experience Required
  • Completed Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

  • Executing customer orders into the LN system from the EDI system
  • Achieve and strive to exceed daily targets set out by the business
