Location: Ballito & surrounds (Hybrid – remote with occasional in-person)

Working Hours: 9:00–17:00

Type: Independent Contractor

We’re seeking an experienced Telesales Contractor to support our growing business development efforts. If you’re confident on the phone, skilled at booking meetings, and comfortable working independently, this could be the ideal opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to decision-makers.
• Book a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per week.
• Log all activity and track pipelines in our CRM system.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to track and share progress.
• Sell services professionally over the phone.
• Consistently meet KPI targets.
• Attend weekly meetings.

Requirements

• Previous telesales/appointment setting/inside sales experience.
• Experience booking meetings and managing follow-ups.
• Strong CRM skills and Excel knowledge.
• Comfortable working to clear KPIs.
• Own a laptop or computer with reliable internet.
• Available 9:00–17:00.
• Based in or near Ballito.
