The successful candidate will ensure compliance with HPCSA standards, assist students, and manage consumables. To provide technical support to lecturers during classes and practicals by ensuring laboratories are managed to HPCSA standards. Assist learners on a one-to-one basis with their projects and practicals. Ensure machines are functional and serviced/maintained to ensure smooth running of classes. Perform stocktaking and procurement of laboratory consumables and reagents. Manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for the department and ensure laboratories comply with health and safety regulations. Assist in the research laboratory when required.
