Job Summary

Service Technician Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and client engagement.

Provide expert technical support and client engagement.

Plan and execute new installations and projects.

Prepare accurate quotes, invoices, site reports and administrative documentation.

Monitor and analyse client sites remotely with Autoflame software, compiling monthly reports.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, compliance regulations and company protocols.

Assist in achieving departmental service targets and generating revenue.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical and engineering issues.

Promote continuous improvement through quality control processes.

Gas Combustion Boiler experience is required.

Qualifications

A B. Tech: Mechanical Engineering / N. Dip Mech Eng / BSc or BEng Mechanical Engineering is non-negotiable.

A valid driver's license is also required.

Desirable Skills

Proficiency in Word, Excel and MS Teams is highly desirable.
