Responsibilities

  • Manage MPS Monitor: implementation, reporting, analysis, and device optimisation.
  • Maintain print fleet monitoring software.
  • Schedule and track installations, job cards, tickets, and parts orders.
  • Handle warranty claims (Lexmark & HP).
  • Assist with quotes, invoicing, SLA billing, and consumable management.
  • Monitor consumable levels and manage supplier pricing within CPC.
  • Support SLA contracts, escalations, cancellations, and forecasts.
  • Provide technical support (remote & onsite).
  • Log service calls and manage engineers calendars.
