Technical and Quality Manager (Fruit Export) –Stellenbosch.

Zeminwe Recruitment is looking for a Technical and Quality Manager in the fruit industry in Winelands area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality control of the products
• Systems implementation
• Liaising with international and local suppliers
• Manage the quality department
• Assist the commercial team
• Ensure technical details of the product is met
• Liaise and build strong relationships with the suppliers and retailers
• Handle all technical requirements
• Ensure good quality standards for markets
• Update and distribute Pre-season and technical packs specs
• Responsible for all quality contracts from suppliers
• Handle all queries with international QC agents
• Full knowledge and management of quality of fruit
• Grower reports
• Manage quality systems at pack houses and depots
• Sampling products
• Travelling to local and international growers

Minimum Requirements:
