Role Summary

Reddford House Blue Hills is seeking a dedicated and proactive Teacher Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis.

The successful candidate will support the Early Learning School (ELS) in creating a nurturing and positive learning environment, assisting teachers in delivering high‑quality educational experiences and contributing to the general wellbeing, progress and development of all students in their care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers with all Early Learning School requirements and classroom needs.
  • Assist with tasks assigned by the teacher or line manager and adhere to mandatory deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional approach to punctuality, conduct, and standards of work.
  • Participate in school-wide and personal professional development opportunities.
  • Produce work of a consistently high standard and support the smooth running of the classroom.
  • Uphold the values of Reddford House and demonstrate loyalty to all facets of the school.
  • Attend school events and special occasions as directed by the relevant Head or Coordinator.
  • Undertake any additional reasonable duties as required by Senior Management.
