This fully remote role involves tasks such as posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new clinicians. Ideal candidates will have experience in recruiting or HR, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires working during South African and U.S. public holidays, and reliable internet and power backup solutions are mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings and proactively source qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and pre-screen candidates.
  • Schedule interviews with onshore Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Assist with onboarding new clinicians and manage required documentation.
  • Send welcome emails and other communications to new hires.

Our client is a growing U.S.-based ABA therapy company that partners closely with clinicians to provide essential services.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant (TAA) to support our onshore Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS). You’ll handle the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the recruiting and onboarding process running smoothly. This includes job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding new clinicians, managing documentation, and sending welcome communications. Your work ensures a seamless experience for clinicians from initial contact to their first day.

PLEASE NOTE
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 01:00 AM South African Time). These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings and/or the operational requirements of the company.
  • Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
  • You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
  • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
