Educational Requirements for the Student Support Manager:

  • B Degree
  • 5-8 years’ experience
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Knowledge of CRM

Duties and Responsibilities of the Student Support Manager:

  • Manage student queries in general and ensure that the relationships between the College and its students is professional
  • Ensure that all student queries are finalized satisfactorily
  • Keep record of student queries and the outcome thereof
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure that all issues/queries/complaints are received, transferred, and finalized.
  • Manage and control student support services budget
  • Manage and develop departmental staff
  • Participate in management structure to ensure strict compliance to HEQC/CHE/DoE policies and requirements
  • Arrangement of meetings
  • Attend meetings and workshops
  • Self-development
  • Daily and weekly management meetings
  • Monthly reporting and quarterly reporting
  • Manage staff training
