A leading motorhome manufacturing company in Western Cape is seeking a Technical Buyer to manage purchasing and stock delivery. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year experience with Syspro, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, ensuring stock availability, and processing purchase orders. This role offers a salary range of R 10 000 to R 12 500 with additional benefits after six months.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate prices with local suppliers.
• Ensure stock sufficiency for production.
• Analyze reports and order stock accordingly.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders.
• Review purchase order claims for policy conformance.
• Respond to inquiries from staff and suppliers.
• Double-check reorder quantities in Syspro.
• Update price lists on record.
• Maintain timely delivery of purchase orders.
• Report to Support Services Manager on purchase orders.
