A leading global e-commerce company seeks a Supply Chain PM to drive strategic supply chain initiatives in South Africa. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and implement process improvements leveraging data analysis. Responsibilities include managing monthly discussions on operation targets and supporting planning cycles. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in program management and stakeholder engagement. The position is based in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead Monthly Inbound and Placement MBRs.
• Contribute to VBI programs, Business MBRs and Event Learning Reviews.
• Support S&OP alignment by synchronizing inbound, placement, and capacity inputs.
• Build frameworks for forecasting accuracy and tracking.
• Identify process gaps and create mechanisms for issue resolution.
