Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic sales leader in the EMEA / AS Region, fostering connections between customers and business units in Germany.

This role entails guiding customer-facing activities, achieving set targets for the sub-region, and establishing frameworks for order intake and sales efforts.

Broaden and maintain relationships with key clients in the sub-region.

Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy for the industry in the sub-region; coordinate regional objectives.

Regularly track and report on business plan progress using agreed KPIs; implement adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed goals.

Essential Requirements

A relevant tertiary qualification (degree / diploma) in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in the Mining and raw materials handling industry or Power Oil and Gas sector.

At least 5 years of senior-level people management experience.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and effective communication abilities.
