Qualifications

  • 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources required.
  • Experience in Labour Relations/Learning and Development is preferred.

  • Optimise talent management within the hospital.
  • Promote and lead employee engagement.
  • Lead workforce optimisation and remuneration.
  • Manage the people in the Human Resource Department.
