The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, and a background in manufacturing. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with payroll, BBBEE, and Employment Equity submissions.
• Proven ability to deal with unions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions for 100+ employees, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and job design processes.
• Administer payroll and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
