Job summary

A growing food manufacturing company in Randvaal, Gauteng, is seeking a Head of Supply Chain / Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. In this senior, hands-on role, you will ensure production continuity and food safety excellence. Candidates should have 6–8 years of leadership experience in supply chain and procurement, preferably within the food manufacturing sector, along with strong ERP system knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a chance to significantly impact the organization's growth.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ experience in supply chain and procurement with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven experience within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement of all ingredients and packaging.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement and stores team.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and risk reduction.
