Qualifications

• 10 years minimum of post-articles experience in Finance is essential.
• Previous CFO experience or 3 years as Senior Financial Manager is required.
• Knowledge of SA legislation, IFRS, GRAP, and Companies Act.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and direct the company's financial functions.
• Ensure financial management strategy adheres to corporate guidelines.
• Responsible for financial statements and audit management.
• Monitor and direct strategic business plan implementation.
• Provide accurate financial communication to the CEO and Board.
