Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Excellent business English skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock and control expenses to meet business targets.
• Achieve and/or exceed required store targets.
• Use store resources effectively for productivity.
• Knowledge of stock management policies and procedures.
• Ensure standards are met in line with company policies.
• Train and manage staff in the store.
• Provide above-average customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene as per laws and standards.
