Responsibilities

• Verifying the quantity stated against the actual quantity.
• Sticking waybills and destination stickers on each consignment.
• Scanning freight to manifest, ensuring shipments are full and in good order.
• Ensuring the manifest reflects the correct driver and vehicle details.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
• Adhering to Health and Safety requirements.
• Promptly resolving customer inquiries.
• Receiving and recording collection requests from clients.
