• Implement and provide input on current processes and systems.
• Prepare vehicles for timely loading and online auction.
• Check on-site vehicles to ensure correct stocking in.
• Ensure a 24-hour turnaround for stocking in vehicles.
• Monitor status queries on received and released vehicles.
• Provide stock take lists on assigned dates.
• Provide theft incident reports to management promptly.
• Action supplier and customer queries immediately.
• Ensure calls and emails are answered promptly.
• Motivate team and ensure training on new processes.
• Ensure accurate leave forms and timesheets are sent to management.
• Ensure correct and timely preparation for auction.
