Job Title: Stock Controller

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Stock Controller. The Stock Controller will be responsible for overseeing the inventory levels of the company, ensuring accurate stock counts, and monitoring supplies to ensure optimal stock levels at all times. This role will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels for all products in the warehouse or store.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies in inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and manage stock rotation.
  • Track and analyze stock movements to identify trends and make recommendations for improved efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain stock reports, including forecasting stock requirements and ordering new products when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock control and inventory management.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for stock control and inventory management.
