The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and implementing efficient stock management procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize stock shortages - Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of stock records and identify discrepancies - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and resolve any delivery issues - Implement and maintain efficient stock management procedures, including stock rotation and storage - Collaborate with the sales team to forecast future stock needs and place orders accordingly - Keep track of stock movements and update stock records in the company's inventory system - Conduct regular stock checks to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate action - Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures - Train and supervise stockroom staff to ensure proper handling and storage of stock - Prepare and present regular stock reports to management, highlighting any issues or concerns - Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to facilitate efficient stock management and retrieval.
