A leading telecommunications company in Midrand is seeking a qualified professional to oversee operations, maintenance, and restoration of its national network. The successful candidate will manage a variety of responsibilities, including scheduling maintenance programs and ensuring service quality across the network. Role Purpose/Business Unit:End-to-end Operations, Maintenance and Restoration of the Vodacom National network which include services such as both active (RAN, TX and VB-links) through collaborations with Vodafone regional maintenance specialists, regional FFO Supplier management, Field Engineers and the different NOCs (Vodacom network, VB and Security). Ensure governance controls are in place in terms of daily and weekly, operational meetings, operational reporting and SLA management (volume and quality KPIs). Management and correct allocation of in-scope and out-of-scope work with the FFO Supplier and the Vodacom ASPs. The management of the maintenance budget and processing of quotes while ensuring that related documentation is processed and invoiced in a timeous manner, to ensure maintenance payments are done on time.
