Job description

Spares Sales Supervisor, Port Elizabeth - 6 Months Limited Duration Contract

Requirements:

Grade 12

Higher Certificate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Inventory Management

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 3 years of managing and leading a team
  • Experience with Office 365 and Syspro

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand customer purchasing needs and requirements
  • Communicate with customer stakeholders regarding unforeseen conditions
  • Prepare and submit tender approval requests
  • Compile and submit monthly WIP closures, provisions, and releases
  • Review staff performance regularly and provide training
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Submit customer satisfaction surveys for all qualifying purchase orders
  • Conduct monthly stock level reviews
  • Prepare instruction sheets and organize launch meetings when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and ISO standards, policies, and procedures
  • Provide management with monthly performance reports on sales, service levels, stock levels, and staff
  • Follow up on non-payments from creditors
