Are you a strong team leader with a passion for customer service, sales supervision, and spares inventory management? We’re looking for a Spares Sales Supervisor to join our operations team on a 6-month limited duration contract.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring high service levels and performance.
- Identify and fulfill customer purchasing needs with precision and professionalism.
- Prepare and submit tender approvals, WIP closures, and performance reports.
- Oversee stock reviews, instruction sheets, and launch meetings when needed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct staff training, monthly reviews, and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and ISO standards at all times.
- Track and follow up on non-payments and outstanding creditor accounts.
What You'll Need:
- Grade 12 (Matric) is a must.
- Higher Certificate in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- At least 3 years leading a team in a spares/sales or supply environment.
- Experience with Syspro and Microsoft Office 365.
