SUMMARY :

POSITION INFO : SPA MANAGER MILNERTON (West Coast, CPT) - Western Cape (ZA)

START :

ASAP / January 2026

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS :

• Monday - Sunday
• 4x Late shifts (8pm) per month
• 2x Weekends off per month
• Must be flexible

REPORTS TO :

HR Manager / CEO

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS :

• R21,000 - R25,000 per month (Based on relevant experience in management)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable
• Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write) / BONUS - Afrikaans (understand, not necessarily speak)
• Managerial experience of a high-end salon or day spa (at least TWO years in spa management)
• Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management
• Computer literate with booking systems, emails and reports including ESP, MS Office (Excel)
• City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP
• Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
• Cruise Ship employment experience - highly favourable
• Must be based within or in reasonable travel distance to Milnerton
• Own, reliable vehicle is required
