What You’ll Bring

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/relevant experience

Experience:

• 3‑5 years managing large‑scale, global, and complex procurement managed services
• Solid hands‑on experience with Ariba (Complex tenders), Keelvar, ASO, or CSO (eSourcing platforms)
• Deep knowledge of sourcing/procurement processes, including sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, and negotiation
• Understanding of the transport and logistics category
• Proven track record in conducting meetings, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Ability to create clear, concise materials for leadership
• Strong stakeholder management with a proactive work ethic
• Cross‑industry and multi‑sector experience highly desirable

Your Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:

• Manage operational delivery of sourcing optimisation managed services
• Ensure standardisation and consistent application of delivery methodologies across markets and projects
• Orchestrate resource deployment for seamless service delivery
• Track performance metrics including savings and KPIs across all events

Leadership & Development:

• Play a key role in developing Centre of Excellence capabilities and team culture

Client Partnership:

• Prepare, organise, and lead programme management meetings and reporting
• Engage with local procurement teams to understand objectives, scope, data, and tender complexity
