Job DescriptionObtain insights, analyse data and together with colleagues on the ground formulate tactics and supporting collateral to support the frontlines to provide contextual, relevant and appropriate solutions in an understandable manner to our customers. Responsibilities
- Obtain insights, analyse data, and collaborate with colleagues on the ground to formulate tactics and supporting collateral that empower the frontlines to deliver contextual, relevant, and understandable solutions to our customers.
- Provide specialist solution advice and design solutions that best meet client needs.
- Coordinate the implementation of designed solutions, managing project execution across relevant business units.
- Prevent losses resulting from incorrect business solutions and grow market share within targeted geographies, including cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage costs and expenses within approved budgets to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members.
- Assist with pricing/costing of solutions or business cases.
- Actively participate in formulating and presenting new business or client solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge of legislative amendments, industry best practices, competitor activity, and new developments relevant to solution requirements and target markets.
- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute projects aligned to strategic objectives with performance measures and control systems to track progress.
- Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize FNB risk and deliver quality requirements specifications.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Work confidently in traditionally informal environments, including townships and rural areas.
Qualifications
- Matric/National Senior Certificate with a relevant 3 year degree/National diploma
- A minimum of 5 years’ work experience using Reporting, Project tracking, analysis, documentation and Presentations.
- Minimum 5 years Retail / FMCG/Sales work experience or running your own business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — with advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and strong PowerPoint presentation ability.
