About The Core Solution Design Team

Our team focuses on the core architectural and functional foundations of Deel's native payroll engine.

We design and maintain scalable solutions that accelerate country localization, ensure compliant payrolls, boost operational efficiency, and drive innovation in the world of payroll.

Manage a team of Solution Designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years' experience in people management
