This role offers the opportunity to shape system performance, optimise designs, and contribute to the future of renewable energy infrastructure.
You will lead advanced engineering work across PV array configuration, inverter optimisation, shading design, and system integration.
This role requires deep technical insight, strong analytical capability, and the ability to guide design decisions that improve reliability, efficiency, and long-term asset performance.

Optimise PV array and inverter configurations for performance and compliance.
Perform module string design and detailed shading analysis.
Integrate PV inverters with grid-tied systems and BESS.
Design thermal management and cleaning systems for large-scale PV installations.
Develop PV system control logic, protection schemes, and SCADA integration.
Provide engineering oversight across design stages and technical reviews.
Support risk assessments, performance modelling, and technical troubleshooting.
Pr Eng registration
Strong technical competence in PV system design, inverter integration, and utility-scale architecture.
Experience with grid-tied and BESS-related engineering
Proficiency in design tools, simulation software, and system optimisation methodologies.
Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Delivering optimised, compliant, and cost-effective PV system designs.
Reducing system losses through rigorous shading and performance analysis.
