You will be joining a growing company in the real estate sector, focused on building a strong digital presence and brand credibility in the German market. The Role

As a Social Media Marketing & Graphics Specialist, you will take ownership of the company’s social media presence, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. This role blends social media strategy, content planning, and basic‑to‑medium graphic and video editing. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing key social channels, creating engaging visual content, and ensuring consistent brand representation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand goals
  • Edit images and videos (basic to medium level) for use across social channels
  • Monitor performance, engagement, and growth, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Work independently with high ownership over content calendars, execution, and optimization
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all social media assets
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices in the German market
Ideal Candidate
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Hands‑on experience managing social media channels, particularly Meta and YouTube
  • Basic to medium skills in image and video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar)
  • Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Strong understanding of what drives engagement and growth on social platforms
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus
  • German language skills (B2+) are required.
