We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of social media across our hospitality brands.

This is a hands-on, creative, execution-focused role ideal for someone who loves creating aesthetically strong content and bringing a clear social media vision to life. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager within a well-defined, structured system - executing content plans, editing and posting assets, managing day-to-day interactions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be responsible for delivering content accurately and consistently, while creative direction, messaging, and overall strategy are provided.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Content Editing & Creation
  • Edit short-form video content (Instagram reels + TikToks) for the hospitality brands
  • Edit trial reels to test trends, formats, and hooks
  • Create Instagram stories from templates, aligned with monthly content plans and brand guidelines
  • Prepare content drafts and assets for review and approval
Posting & Scheduling
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok for hospitality brands
  • Repost relevant guest, UGC, and partner content
Community Management
  • Manage DMs and comments using approved copy bank
  • Flag high-priority messages to the Social Media Manager
Influencer & Admin Support
  • Fill out influencer agreements and collaboration email templates
  • Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and content submissions
  • Follow up on assets and maintain organised spreadsheets and records
Other
  • Tracking weekly and monthly analytics
  • Support content uploading for ventoré’s social channels when required
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience editing short-form content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and formats
  • Confident using CapCut and Canva
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable working within clear brand guidelines and approval processes
  • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or design-led brands is a plus!

This role is a remote role and the appointment will be made on an independent contractor basis
