Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, write, and edit student record documents such as academic transcripts, attendance logs, and performance summaries.
  • Ensure that content is accurate, well-organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the academic documentation team to streamline file structures and version control.
  • Convert raw data into readable, structured reports.
  • Perform regular audits to verify data completeness and formatting consistency.
  • Communicate with team leads or clients to clarify documentation needs or resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all sensitive student information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written English and strong grammar/editing skills.
  • Familiarity with educational documentation formats (transcripts, progress reports, etc.) is a plus.
