The Senior Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role within the Country Sales team, driving excellence in store (4P) execution across key customers and accounts. The role focuses on building expert knowledge in key categories and sharing this with the customer to create long‑term partnerships and increase profit and sales. The TMM leads category management strategies in the country, concentrating on increasing Reckitt Benckiser’s in‑store presence, strengthening brands, optimising product assortment and promotional strategy.
As part of an experienced and dynamic Sales team, you will be responsible for defining Category trade marketing KPIs and driving execution. Continuous analysis of the customer’s position and collaboration with the Key Account Manager will guide in‑store actions aimed at strengthening Reckitt’s category position.
